摘要
本文将构建模型,说明在缴费率不变的情况下老年人养老金水平与劳动生产率之间的定量关系,进而指出,人口老龄化下养老保险体系可持续性的根本出路在于不断提高劳动生产率。
A model is established to show the quantitative relation between the level of pension and labor productivity under the same payment level, which leads to the conclusion that the sustainability of pension system under the context of population ageing lies in continuous promotion of labor productivity.
