摘要 目的观察细胞增殖与凋亡在肺曲菌病中的表达特征,探讨其在发病中的意义。方法选用成人正常肺组织10例(对照组1)、肺曲菌病周围相对正常肺组织20例(对照组2)及肺曲菌病20例(病例组),采用免疫组化法检测KI-67、BCL-2和BAX的表达。结果肺曲菌病病变区支气管上皮细胞KI-67和BAX的表达明显强于两对照组(P<0.01);BCL-2的表达明显弱于两对照组(P<0.05);BAX/BCL-2的比值明显高于两对照组(P<0.01);肺曲菌病3种亚型中,BAX/BCL-2的比值在IPA中显著高于ABPA和曲菌球(P<0.05)。结论细胞增殖和凋亡的失调在肺曲菌病发生发展中起重要的作用。 Objective To observe the expression of cell proliferation and apoptosis in congenital pulmonary cyst and to investigate their effect in the development of aspergillus. Methods Immunohistoehemical method was used to detect the expression of KI-67 ,BCL-2 and BAX in normal lung tissue from 10 adult (control group 1, CG1 ) ,relative normal lung tissue around the aspergillus from 20 aspergillus cases( control group 2, CG2)and abnormal lung tissue from 20 aspergillus cases. Results The expressions of KI-67, BAX and the ratio of BAX/BCL-2 in the bronchial epithelium of aspergillus were significantly higher than those in two control groups (P 〈 0.01 )while the expression of BCL-2 was obviously lower(P 〈 0.05 ). In aspergillus eases, the ratio of BAX/BCL-2 in IPA was much higher than that in Aspergilloma and ABPA (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The imbalance of cell proliferation and apoptosis in bronchial epithelium of aspergillus played an important role in pathogenesis of aspergillus infection.
