吗啡在剖宫产手术术后镇痛的应用被引量：1

摘要目的探讨吗啡在剖宫产手术术后镇痛的临床效果。方法选择100例拟行剖宫产手术患者,术前麻醉时,将0.2～0.22mg吗啡随腰麻药一起注入蛛网膜下腔。术后观察镇痛效果以及不良反应。结果吗啡镇痛效果确切,镇痛时间长,不良反应少。结论吗啡用于剖宫产手术术后镇痛,效果满意,值得临床应用。
