摘要
目的分析老年骨折患者创伤的特点与救治。方法回顾分析2003年10月～2006年10月我院230例60岁以上骨折手术患者发病、创伤特点及治疗方法。结果治愈198例,死亡2例,合并并发症30例。结论老年因其自身特点,在合并慢性疾病基础上,遭受创伤易发生高并发症及高死亡率特点。对老年骨折治疗应采取积极的治疗态度,做到"黄金时刻"救治,认识到年龄、慢性疾病、创伤程度、创伤后并发症是影响预后的四大因素。
Objective To analyze characteristics of geriatric fracture. Methods 230 cases of operation patients older than 60 years were analyzed in treatment and characteristic during October 2003 and October 2006. Results 198 cases cured and 2 cases died,30 cases with complications were repored. Conclusion The treatment of geriatric fracture should be aggressive, the conplication and ＂gold time treatment＂ also should be concerned.
