摘要
城市少数民族流动人口问题是少数民族流动人口问题的最主要部分,包括少数民族流动人口在城市遇到的困难以及带给城市的问题两个层面。问题出现的原因为城市体制弊端,少数民族自身人力资本缺乏以及城乡、民族之间文化冲突与文化不适应。应当正确认识少数民族流动人口问题,要构建预警机制、寻求消减对策,强化其对城市的适应与认同。
the problems of minority population in city are the major parts of the problem of minority fluid population, including the difficulties they meet in city and the problems they bring about. The causes of these problems are the drawbacks of urban system, lack of minority personnel and the cultural conflicts and maladjustments between village and town and minorities. We should take a serious view on this issue and build a preventive system and seek countermeasures and strengthen their adaptability and identity on the city.
