摘要
天然气长输管道穿越河流和湿地时,受浮力、水流等影响,易造成管道上抬、水平推移、悬空和振动,甚至管线因产生巨大应力而断裂。因此,要保证天然气长输管道长期安全运行,管线稳管措施非常重要。以西气东输二线输气管道工程湿地敷设为例,阐述了有关稳管措施的设计及施工中需要注意的一些问题,并对处于设计中的西气东输二线管道工程干线东段管道在穿越湿地时的稳管措施提出了建议。
When crossing through rivers and wet lands, long-distance natural gas pipelines are facing challenges under construction. The pipelines will be easily lifted up, pushed away, hung in the air, and vibrated, etc. by buoyancy and water current or even be fractured due to a massive stress. So measures of stabilizing pipelines are very important to ensure the long-distance gas pipeline being under operation in stable and safe way. Taking the West-to-East Gas Pipeline Ⅱhaving been laid through the wet land as a case of study, this paper highlights some issues and puts forward suggestions on design and operation of stabilizing pipeline measures, especially for the eastern section of this pipeline.
