摘要
本文以聚四亚甲基醚二醇与4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯反应生成的预聚物分别与扩链剂为乙二硫醇(Ⅰ)半胱胺(Ⅱ),乙醇胺(Ⅲ),巯基乙醇(Ⅳ)进行扩链反应合成四种热塑弹性体嵌段聚醚氨酯(SPEU),并测定了其机械性能与抗凝血性能。本文结果表明:这四种热塑性弹性体具有较高的抗张强度及断裂伸长率,并具有较好的抗凝血性能。
In order to study of the influence of different extender structure on the property of SPEU, in this paper we wish to report with different difunctional reagents Ⅰ-SS, Ⅱ-NS, Ⅲ-NO or Ⅳ-SO was reacted with PTMG-MDI prepolymer by the molar ratio 2:1:1 (MDI: PTMG: Ext ender), under a nitrogen atmosphere the SPEU-Ⅰ-SS, SPEU-Ⅱ -NS, SPEU-Ⅲ-NO, SPEU-Ⅳ-SO were obtained respectively.How to control the reaction conditions are very important to obtain the lineal SPEU structure, because of that the reactivity of the two functional groups in extender are differences. The results showed that the yields for all of the SPEU products were above 90% and the intrinsic viscosities were about 0.5-0.6. Their IR, dynamic, mechanical properties and anticoagulant activities were measured. Some of their morphology were researched by TEM.
