摘要
本文通过对我国当前医务界不良现象及现行高等医学教育中存在问题的揭示，指出和谐教育在高等医学人才培养过程中具有不可替代的特殊作用，分析了和谐教育与素质教育、医学专业教育的关系，并就医学院校如何开展和谐教育进行了探讨，提出了相应的对策和建议。
By revealing the current harmful phenomenon in the medical fields, and exposing the existing problems of higher medical education, this paper indicates the special and irreplaceable role of harmonious education in the process of personnel training, and analyzes the relationship among the harmonious education, quality education and medical professional education. Further more, from several aspects, further discussions are made on how to develop the harmonious education in medical schools, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward either.
