摘要
探讨彩色多普勒及B超对门脉癌栓的诊断。经手术、病理确诊的165例原发性肝癌及转移性肝癌均进行门静脉是否有癌栓的超声检查,结果为:显示率高,图像清晰,同时门脉癌栓声像与病理密切相关,表明超声是门脉癌栓的良好检查方法。
This paper explores the effects of diagnosing portal vein tumor thrombosis with muhicolor Doppler and Type -B Ultrasonic After surgery and pathological diagnosis, the 165 cases of primary liver cancer and metastatic liver cancer patients were all examined for the possible cancer embolus in the portal vein by means of ultrasonography. Re- suits indicate that uhrasonography has a high show rate and the clear images and that the portal vein tumor thrombosis images closely related to pathology, which shows that uhrasonography is a good way to diagnose the portal vein tumor thrombosis.
