摘要
衰变加速因子（ＤＡＦ）是补体激活途径中的一个重要膜调节蛋白，转人ＤＡＦ基因的猪可以作为人器官移植的供体。采用聚合酶链反应的方法，对８７头经显微注射导入ｈＤＡＦＳＣ质粒片段或ｈＤＡＦＢ质粒片段的产仔猪进行整合鉴定，获得转ｈＤＡＦ基因阳性猪１８头。
Decay accelerating factor(DAF) is one of the important membrane regulating proteins in the complement activing ways.The transgenic pigs for human DAF gene can be used for affording organs suitable for xenotransplantation into humans. 87 offsprings pigs being microinjected with the fragement of the plasmid hDAFSC or hDAFB were detected by PCR, 18 pigs showed positive integration.
