摘要
用正交试验法对肥肉草的叶进行了总黄酮提取条件的优选实验,黄酮的最高得率为4.294%,同时得出最佳提取工艺为:固液比1:40,乙醇浓度70%,提取两次,每次3 h,提取温度70℃;经微乳薄层色谱分离鉴定,肥肉草含总黄酮9种,其中有槲皮素及芦丁.其它黄酮成分有待进一步鉴定.
The extraction of flavonoids from Fordiophyton fordii was studied using the method of orthogonal test. The maximal extracting amount of flavonoids is 4. 294 % ,and the optimal conditions to obtain flavonoids from leaves of Fordiophyton fordii are 70 % ethanol,extracting at 70 ℃ with the ratio of material and solvent at 1：40,extracting 2 times with 3 hours for each time. By microemulsion thin layer chromatography analysis, 9 kinds of flavonoids were found in the leaves of Fordiophyton fordii. Of them,Quercetin and Rutin can be determined clearly,but others need to be determined later.
