摘要
2003年1月在南黄海鱼是鱼潮下带22个站位采集了沉积物样品,对自由生活海洋线虫的种类组成和多样性进行了分析研究.不同站位海洋线虫的丰度从每10平方厘米505条到1 272条不等(平均831±247 ind.10 cm-2).共鉴定出海洋线虫223种或分类实体,隶属于145属,32科,4目,其中建立了3个新属,发现并描述了19个新种.种类最多的是15 094站,有82种;最少的是9794站,只有26种.8 794站的优势度最高,多样性最低;而7 674站和10 894站的多样性最高.主要优势种是Dorylaimopsis rabalaisi,Terschellingia longicaudata,Sphaerolaimus balticus,Metalinhomoeus longiseta,Quadricoma scanica,Prochromadorella sp.,Paramonohysterariemanni,Marylynnia sp.1,Vasostoma spiratum,Halalaimus spp,Pierrickia sp.1和Promonhystera faber等.群落的多样性与沉积物粒度有关,Pearson相关性分析表明,多样性指数(H′)与沉积物含砂量呈极显著正相关,与粉砂粘土含量和中值粒径呈极显著负相关;种丰度指数(d)与沉积物含砂量呈显著正相关,与粉砂粘土含量和中值粒径呈显著负相关.
Free-living marine nematodes were sampled and studied at a grid of 22 stations during the cruise of investigation for overwinter ground of anchovy in the southern Yellow Sea,China in January 2003. Nematode abundance varied from 505 to 1 272 individuals per 10 cm^2 (831±247 ind/10 cm^2) at different stations. Two hundred and twenty three species or taxa of marine nematodes belonging to 145 genera, 32 families and 4 orders were identified and first recorded in the Yellow Sea. Three genera and 19 species of them were new to science. The common dominant species were Dorylaimopsis rabalaisi, Terschellingia longicaudata, Sphaerolairnus balticus, Metalinhornoeus longiseta , Quadricoma scanica Prochromadorella sp., Pararnonohystera riemanni , Marylynnia sp. 1, Vasostoma spiratum , Halalairnus spp,Pierrickia sp. 1 和 Promonhystera faber. Correlation analysis showed that nematode abundance had negative significant correlations with salt ,and the species of nematodes had significant correlations with Water depth and Chl-a. The species diversity index (H) ,evenness index (J) and abundance index (D) of nematode were respectively calculated and analyzed.
