主客体掺杂薄膜的电晕和全光极化非线性光学特性研究

摘要 把偶氮化合物对硝基双甲胺基偶氮苯作为客体掺杂到主体PMMA中利用旋涂法制备成薄膜,然后对薄膜进行电晕极化和全光极化,利用二次谐波产生法研究薄膜的非线性光学特性.实验结果表明:电晕极化后在测量的10 min内薄膜的二次谐波信号几乎没发生驰豫,但全光极化后的薄膜其二次谐波信号衰减近一半.这主要是由于电晕极化和全光极化的作用机制不同所导致. The host-guest adulterate films,that the host was PMMA and guest was 4'-Nitro-4- dimethylaminoazobenzene,were prepared. The nonlinear optical properties of the films were investigated by using second harmonie generation technology after corona poling and All-optical poling. The experimental results were shown that the second harmonic signal is almost no relaxation in 10 minutes after eorona poling, but it decreases nearly half for All-optical poling. This was mainly due to the different mechanism between corona poling and all-optical poling.
