摘要
从山西省主要养鸡区分离疑患鸡肾型传支病鸡的气管、肾共３９份，经ＳＰＦ鸡胚传代、电镜观察、对ＮＤＶ的干扰试验，乙醚敏感性、耐热性试验以及动物回归试验，初步鉴定出１０株为鸡肾型传染性支气管炎毒株。
Kidney and trachea of diseased chickens from Shanxi suspected infecting Nephropathopenic Infectious Bronchitis were ground diluted. The pathogenes were isolated and characterized by propagating for four-six passages in developing SPF chicken embryos, electron microscopic scanning, sensitivity to Ethyl-ether test, heat resistant test and artificial infection test, etc. The results suggested the 10 trains of all 39 samples were preliminarily identified as NIBV strains.
