摘要
用电化学沉积方法制备了一种过渡金属铁氰化物——铁氰化钴膜(CoHCF)修饰石墨电极(SG),对电极特性进行了表征.在pH 7.00的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,CoHCF/SG电极对次黄嘌呤、黄嘌呤、鸟嘌呤、腺嘌呤的电化学氧化均具有催化作用,催化电流随着被催化对象浓度的增加而增大.
A inorganic compound of transitional metal, cobalt hexacyanoferrate (CoHCF) film modified graphite (SG) electrode is prepared by electrochemical deposition and characterized by using the techniques of electrochemistry. Further experimental results indicates that CoHCF had electrocatalytic activities toward the oxidation of hypoxanthin, xanthin, guanine, adenine, and the electrocatalytic current increases with the concentration hypoxanthin ( orxanthin guanine, adenine).
