摘要
要防止金融危机演变为经济危机并进一步转化为社会危机,需要调整已经失衡的利益关系和利益结构。利益关系和利益结构的调整对于扩大内需、改变经济发展方式有积极的促进作用。利益关系和利益结构调整的关键是建立市场经济条件下的利益均衡机制,在这方面,除了要发挥政府的恰当作用之外,还要提高社会中不同群体、不同阶层和不同个人为自己争取利益的能力,同时,也需要重建社会的基础秩序。
Adjusting the interest relationship and interest structure is to prevent the financial crisis to spread and lead to social crisis. The key to reform the interest relationship and interest structure is to build the equilibrium mechanism in market. So, in addition to exerting the government＇s influence, the groups at all the levels must to improve their abilities to strive for necessary interests. At the same time, the social fundamental order must be rebuilt.
