摘要
根据农用运输车在制动时的受力分析,给出了制动力分配比β的极限关系式,并对制动系统主要元器件的参数选取对农用运输车制动性能的影响进行了分析,提出了在各种制动强度下,整车具有良好制动稳定性、较高制动效率的一种优化设计方法。在常用路面附着系数范围内,进行了仿真计算与试验。该方法可明显地减少设计时的计算工作量,且可对设计结果进行初步的预测。
In designing farm vehicles the most important problem is how to obtain the most efficient and stable braking property. According to the mechanical analysis of farm vehicles driving, the limited equation of the brake force distribution ratio strength was given. The influence of parameter selection of main elements of the braking system on the braking property was also discussed. An optimized design method to get better braking property was prodded under various braking strength. By this method, a simulate calculation and experiment were made in a range of adhesive efficiency of common roads. Under this optimized design method, the strength of calculation was movably cut down and a primary preview could be obtained.
