阿片类物质的神经保护作用研究进展

摘要 脑缺氧预适应的神经保护作用已得到肯定,阿片类物质及其受体系统介导了这一保护作用,并且阿片类物质能模拟脑缺氧预适应的神经保护作用。其机制与特定受体、钙-钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ、蛋白激酶C、N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体、线粒体Katp通道和自由基等有关。
