摘要
目的研究2型糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝的危险因素及其与代谢综合征的关系。方法选择2型糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝患者358例,按有无脂肪肝分组进行临床分析。结果2型糖尿病脂肪肝组肥胖和高脂血症的发生率高于无脂肪肝组,且脂肪肝组代谢综合征的患病率明显升高。结论肥胖和脂代谢异常是2型糖尿病非酒精性脂肪肝患者的相关因素,且其发生率与代谢综合征相关。
Objective To investigate the associated factors of fatty liver type 2 diabetes and relation between it and metabolic syndrome. Methods The data of type 2 diabetes cases were collected and analyzed. Results The proportion of obesity and hypertriglyceridaemia was higher in type 2 diabetes patients with fatty liver than without fatty liver. And the prevalence of metabolic syndrome was more obvious in the fatty liver group. Conclusion Obesity and insulin resistance and hyperlipidmia are associated factors for fatty liver in type 2 diabetes. And there was the relation between metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes patients with fatty liver.
