摘要
研究单组分表面活性剂及多组分表面活性剂的协同作用对废新闻纸中性浮选脱墨的影响,从中筛选出最佳脱墨剂。实验结果显示,三组分脱墨剂脱墨效果比双组分好,双组分脱墨剂脱墨效果比单组分好。当AES、6501、AEO-9三种表面活性剂以2∶1∶1的质量比复配用于废新闻纸浮选脱墨时,脱墨浆的白度可达到56.3%ISO左右,残余油墨浓度减小至394.23mg/kg。最后通过正交实验,确定脱墨剂的优化脱墨工艺条件:熟化温度50℃,熟化时间40min,脱墨剂用量1%,浮选时间30min。
The synergistic effects of single surfactant and multi-component surfactant on the ONP neutral floatation deinking were investigated to select the best deinking surfactant. The experimental results show that the deinking effect of the ternary blend is better than that of the binary and the latter is better than that of the single one. When ratio of AES : 6501 : AEO-9 is at 2 : 1 : 1 in the ONP neutral floatation deinking, the whiteness of the deinked pulp reaches 56.3%ISO and the residual ink concentration decreases to 394.23 mg/kg. Finally, the optimum operation condition of deinking agent was determined with orthogonal experiment: curing temperature 50℃, curing time 40min, dosage of deinking chemicals 1% and floatation time 30 min.
