摘要
采用层次分析模型对电池的技术指标:容量、开路电压、自放电后电压进行分析和评价,确定各技术指标对电池综合性能影响的重要程度,并对影响上述技术指标的因素作进一步层次分析。结果表明:自放电后电压影响权重最大,其次是开路电压,再次是容量,电极材料、隔膜质量是对电池指标影响较大的因素,从而为电池组合的筛选、控制和管理提供了定量的参考依据,并通过控制影响较大的因素来促进电池的组合优化、质量控制和技术发展。
The layer analysis model was adopted to analyze and evaluate the technique indexes of battery: capacity, open voltage, voltage after self-discharge, to determine the influence of each index on the comprehensive performance of battery, and further analyze the factors that influenced the above-mentioned technique indexes. The results show that voltage after self-discharge affects the indexes of battery most, and the other factors are open voltage, capacity, electrode material and diaphragm quality. These factors provide the reference basis amounting for better combining, controlling and managing. By controlling the factors that affects the indexes largely, the better combination, quality control and technology development are promoted.
