摘要
以增压锅炉为研究对象,利用SIMPLE方法求解N-S方程,对燃烧器的燃烧特性及炉膛传热特性进行了数值计算分析。基于Fluent软件的计算结果,分析得出不同压力下炉膛内部温度场、回流区速度和湍流强度的变化规律,初步揭示了增压强化燃烧的机理。模拟计算结果表明,随着炉膛压力的升高,增压锅炉炉膛换热强度增强,炉膛容积热负荷明显增大,为进一步确立增压锅炉炉膛热力计算方法打下一定的理论基础。
With a supercharged boiler serving as an object of study and by using method 'SIMPLE' to seek solutions to a N-S equation,performed was a numerical calculation and analysis of the combustion and in-furnace heat transfer characteristics of the burners.Based on the calculation results obtained from software Fluent,the authors have analyzed and obtained the law governing the change under various pressures of such items as in-furnace temperature field,velocity and turbulent intensity in the back flow zone,tentatively unveiling the mechanism of supercharged and intensified combustion.The simulation calculation results show that with an increase of the in-furnace pressure,the in-furnace heat exchange intensity of the supercharged boiler will be enhanced,and the furnace volume heat release rate,obviously heightened.The foregoing simulation calculation results have laid a definite theoretical basis for further establishing in-furnace thermodynamic calculation methods for the supercharged boilers.
