摘要
应用鲍威尔法和模拟退火法的组合法,即PSAM,优化了离子源引出系统.该方法由于精选了计算方法和优化算法,因此克服了现有各方法优化自洽解需大量计算机资源的问题,能在微机上实现,是一种比较实用的全局优化算法,可推广应用于其它电磁场逆问题及设备的优化中.
The geometry construction and electrode voltages of ion source extraction system are optimized by using the combined method of Powell method and simulated annealing method (PSAM). Owing to adapting correct calculation method and effective optimal strategy, PSAM can decrease greatly CPU time and be implemented on the microcomputer. Our practice shows that PSAM is a practical global optimization method. It can be widely applied in the inverse problem of electromagnetic fields and construction optimization of electric equipment.
