摘要
在使用30%鱼粉的基础上,分别添加27%豆粕、24%花生粕、24%棉粕、31%菜粕,以一高鱼粉组(含鱼粉46%)和商品饲料作参照,挑选初均重(0.60±0.02)g凡纳滨对虾,在室内养殖系统中饲养8周后,比较4种植物蛋白对凡纳滨对虾生长性能和非特异性免疫指标的影响。结果表明:(1)豆粕组、花生粕组南美白对虾的生长性能与鱼粉组和商品饲料无显著差异(P>0.05);棉粕组对虾生长显著低于鱼粉组(P<0.05),与商品饲料差异不显著(P>0.05);菜粕组对虾生长最差,显著低于其余各试验组(P<0.05)。(2)4种植物蛋白组与鱼粉组相比,对虾血清蛋白含量、血清PO活性、血清和肝胰腺的SOD活性均没有显著的差异(P>0.05)。而菜粕组血清PO活性显著低于商品料和豆粕组(P<0.05);棉粕组肝胰腺CAT活性与菜粕组和商品饲料存在显著差异(P<0.05);棉粕和花生粕组肝胰脏GOT和GPT活性显著高于商品饲料和豆粕组(P<0.05),而豆粕组和菜粕组GOT和GPT活性与鱼粉组无显著差异(P>0.05),但显著高于商品饲料(P<0.05)。(3)4种植物蛋白对对虾肌肉干物质、粗蛋白含量没有显著影响(P>0.05),而菜粕组肌肉脂肪含量却较鱼粉组、豆粕组和棉粕组均显著降低(P<0.05)。
In the trial, 27% soybean meal, 24% peanut meal, 24% cottonseed meal and 31% rapeseed meal were used respectively on an iso-nitrogenous basis in the SBM, PM, CSM and RSM group, which contained 30% biased fish meal. A fish meal based diet (FM) contained 46% fish meal. Litopenaeus vannamei [ initial average weight (0.60 ±0. 02) g] were fed with five experimental diets arid a commercial feed for a 8-week period in the indoor culture system. The results show that there were no significant differences in growth performance (weight gain, SGR, FCR) among the shrimps fed with SBM and PM compared with FM and commercial feed (P 〉 0.05 ). The shrimps fed with CSM had significantly lower growth performance compared with FM (P 〈 0.05 ), but not significantly with the commercial feed ( P 〉 0.05 ). The growth performance of shrimps fed with RSM was significantly lower than other treatments (P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significantly differences in the protein concentration, activities of phenoloxidase (PO) and superoxide dismutas (SOD) in the serum and superoxide dismutas (SOD) in the hepatopancreas of shrimp fed with SBM, PM, CSM and RSM compared with FM ( P 〉 0.05 ). But the PO activity in the serum of RSM is significantly lower than the commercial feed and SBM ( P 〈 0.05 ). The catalase (CAT) in the hepatopancreas of shrimp fed with CSM is significantly different from RSM and commercial feed ( P 〈 0.05 ). The GOT and GPT activities in the hepatopancreas of CSM and PM were higher than the commercial feed and SBM (P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant difference with the content of dry matter, crude protein in the muscle of five experimental diets and commercial feed (P 〉 0.05), but the crude lipid in the muscle of RSM was significantly lower than that of FM, SBM and PM (P 〈0.05).
