摘要
专业建设是高职院校内涵建设的基础。要提高人才培养质量,应全面推进专业建设的各项内容,树立以人为本的教育观念;按照适应性、前瞻性、灵活性的原则设置专业和调整专业定位;关注人才培养方案的系统设计和过程设计;以学生为主体、以教师为主导持续改进教学模式;以建立专业人才培养质量保障体系为切入点,建立专业自我提高的管理机制。
Specialty construction is the foundation of connotative development of higher vocational colleges. To improve the quality of personnel training, various elements of specialty construction should be promoted comprehensively: people-oriented education concept should be fostered; adaptability, foresight, flexibility should be considered in setting up and positioning adjustment of specialty; the system design and process design of personnel training program should be highly concerned; teacher-guided instruction mode should be continually improved along with the focus on students as the main body; by making a breakthrough with establishing quality assurance system of special personnel training, self-improvement management mechanism of specialty can be established.
