摘要
针对自然灾害发生后灾区救灾物资数量有限的情况,利用群组聚类的思想制定出了救灾物资详细的分配方案、相应的分配原则和物资分配策略,并给出了相应的数学模型或数学描述,通过一个简单直观的数值算例进一步验证了该模型的合理性和可行性.
After the natural disaster happened, because the amount of relief material that is transporting to a certain disaster area is limited, the paper researches for the different distribution schemes based on the two situations of disaster according to the calamity degree. Calamity degree 1 is truculence while calamity degree 2 non-truculence. Aiming at calamity degree 1, the author sets down the distribution scheme, relevant distribution method principle and distribution strategy by group clustering method. What's more, a correct mathematical model and a straight numerical example are given to validate the rationality and feasibility of the model.
