摘要
研究了有温度场存在的情况下水平金属丝网管外壁面液体升膜的形成机理;分析了驱动液膜形成的毛细压力;考虑了热毛细对流的作用,建立单组分流体的数学模型,求解方程,得出壁面液膜的速度分布;并对影响水平金属丝网管升膜特性的因素进行了分析。结果表明,液膜爬开速度的大小受管径及管壁和金属丝网间隙大小的影响。在热毛细对流的作用下,液膜爬开速度大幅度加快。
The formation of the rising liquid film on the surface of a horizontal metallic mesh tube in the presence of the temperature field was investigated. A numerical model was established to analyze the capillary pressure that drives the liquid film, considering the thermocapillary flow. The distribution of the velocity of the liquid film was obtained and the factors that influece the characteristics of the rising liquid film were analyzed.
