摘要 采用非晶态合金催化剂和磁稳定床反应器,对重整轻馏分油进行加氢,以生产新配方汽油组分。考察了各种操作参数对反应结果的影响,建立了反应器模型。结果表明,在磁稳定床反应器中进行重整轻馏分油的加氢,可使其苯含量从25.12%降到0.73%,达到低于1%的要求;同时具有空速大、操作条件相对缓和等优点。 A magnetically stabilized bed reactor with amorphous NiREP  alloy catalyst was used for the hydrogenation of light reformate to produce reformulated gasoline(RFG).The effects of operating conditions including reaction temperature,pressure,liquid hourly space velocity,hydrogen/oil ratio and magnetic field intensity were studied.A model was established for the studied reactor.The experimental results show that the benzene content can be reduced from 2512% to 073% by this process,which meets the RFG specification very well.This process has advantages of higher space velocity and more moderate reaction conditions.
