摘要
本文介绍一种新开发的用于稠油热采出砂井的双钙基有机硅固砂剂(三氧固砂剂)。该剂在>200℃固化后可耐温350℃以上,固砂效果良好,单井有效期平均长达91天。本文报道了室内研究、现场试验和应用结果。
new sandconsolidating agent is developed for sand control in steam huffpuff wells of viscous crude oil. It is composed of powdered calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate, methyltriethoxysilane and dimethyldiethoxysilane, dispersant, emulsifying aid and other auxilliaries. 5% suspension of this material in fresh water is injected into selected wells with sand troubles. Curing is conducted at >200℃ in 2 hrs. The sand consolidated with this material is strong, permeable, resistant to temperature >350℃ and to fluid errosion. 100 successful sandconsolidating operations at different blocks in Liaohe have been performed since 1995. In this paper the laboratory investigation and field uses of this agent are presented.
