摘要
深斜井粘附卡钻是大港油田在过去钻定向井中经常发生的井下事故,在1994年临完钻阶段的粘附卡钻占70%。从1995年,通过对深斜井的主要特点、粘附卡钻的机理分析,大港地区深斜井粘附卡钻的主要原因:①“易卡井段”的存在;②井眼清洗效果差;③施工措施不当。防止粘卡的办法:①设计合理的井身结构;②控制良好的井身轨迹;③优选好钻井液的流变参数;④采用防卡钻具和防卡综合技术等。1996年取得显著的防粘卡效果,事故损失时间由1994年的4.61%下降到1996年的1.36%。
Differential pressure sticking was the main downhole drilling accident encountered in deep deviated well in Dagang oilfield in the past. In 1994 ,the differential pressure sticking before the end of drilling accounted for 84.6%. Starting from 1995, a series of research was conducted on the main characteristics of deep deviated wells and mechanism of differential pressure sticking. This paper introduces some reasons of differential pressure sticking and sticking prevention mothods. In 1996, good sticking prevention result was obtained,time loss caused by differential sticking was reduced from 4.61% in 1994 to 1.36% in 1996.
