摘要
利用纤维素酶酶解技术对桑叶中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行了研究,通过单因素实验和正交实验确定了酶提取工艺的最佳参数,并与乙醇提取工艺进行比较。结果表明纤维素酶提取工艺最佳条件为:提取时间为3h,温度为55℃,加酶量为0.01%,料液比为1∶10。
The extraction process of flavonoids from mulberry leaves was studied using enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulase and the optimum parameters about cellulase extraction were obtained by the single factor and orthogonal experiments,which compared with alcohol extraction. The results showed that the optimum process conditions includes extraction time 3 h, temperature 55 ℃, enzyme dosage 0.01%, solid-liquid ratio 1: 10.
