摘要 目的分析不同蒸馏时段的赤桉叶挥发油的化学成分,探讨蒸馏时间对赤桉叶挥发油化学成分的影响。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取不同蒸馏时段的挥发油馏分,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用分析鉴定其化学成分。结果蒸馏初期的赤桉叶油以单萜类化合物为主,随着蒸馏的进行,倍半萜类化合物的种类和含量逐渐增加。主成分1,8-桉叶油素主要集中在蒸馏的30 m in内,其相对百分含量大大高于在总挥发油中的含量。结论蒸馏时间对赤桉叶挥发油化学成分的影响很大,可以通过控制蒸馏时间提高赤桉叶油的品质。 Objective In order to discuss the influence of distillation time on the composition of the E. camaldulensis oil, the volatile oils at different period in distillation process were collected and analyzed. Methods The oil fractions were obtained by hydrodistillation and analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry ( GC - MS ) method. Results Monoterpenoid compounds were the basis of the E. camaldulensis oil at the beginning of the distillation. The contents and species of sesquiterpenoid were increased with distillation processing. The relative content of 1,8 - cineole in the 0 - 30 min oil fraction was higher than that in the total volatile oil. Conclusion The composition of E. camaldulensis oil varied greatly with the distillation time. The quality of E. camaldulensis oil can be improved through controlling the hydrodistillation time.
