摘要
目的观察中药天年饮对衰老大鼠卵巢抗氧化能力和端粒酶活性的作用。方法D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射建立亚急性衰老的大鼠模型,并给予天年饮灌胃。分别采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法、硫代巴比妥酸法、PCR-ELISA法检测卵巢组织SOD活性、MDA含量和端粒酶活性。结果天年饮可明显提高衰老大鼠卵巢组织SOD和端粒酶活性,降低MDA含量,天年饮用药组与衰老模型组比较差异显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论中药天年饮可提高衰老大鼠卵巢抗氧化能力和端粒酶活性,具有延缓卵巢细胞衰老的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Tiannianyin on anti - oxidative ability and telomerase activity of aging rat ovaries. Methods The sub - acutely aging model rats were made by injecting D - gal into abdominal cavity continually; and the model rats were given Tiannianyin intragastrically. The SOD activity, MDA content and telomerase activity of ovaries were detected respectively. Results Tiannianyin could significantly increase the SOD and telomerase activity of aging rat ovaries, and obviously decrease the MDA content . There was significant difference between Tiannianyin group and aging model group: P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Tiannianyin can improve the anti -oxidative ability and telomerase activity of aging rat ovaries delay aging of ovary ceils.
