摘要
本文研究了以不饱和聚酯/聚氨酯互穿网络聚合物为基的玻璃纤维复合材料的动态热机械性能及应用性能.结果表明,在不饱和聚酯中加和5%~10%的聚氨酯,使基质形成互穿网络,有利于提高玻璃钢的性能.随PU含量的增加,复合材料模量稍有下降.材料的冲击强度与纯不饱和聚酯树脂基复合材料相比有所提高,在PU含量为5%时出现极值,在此点冲击强度提高近50%.拉伸强度在PU含量到5%时微弱提高,大于5%时有所下降,在PU含量为20%时,下降了24%.材料的抗弯强度基本不随PU加入而下降,到PU含量为20%时,冲击强度下降了0.15MPa.
The composite based on unsaturated polyester/polyurethane interpentrating polymer networrks was prepared and its dynamical mechanical property and its application property was investigated.The results indicated that through forming IPNs in the matrix the polyurethane moiety (5%~10%) benefit this composite.With increase of the PU amount,the module of the composite increases slightly.Its impact strength is greater than the pure unsaturated polyester composite,with the peak value (increse 50%) when PU amount reach 5%.The PU amount has a weaker effect on the bending strength and flexural strength when itsamount below 20%.
