摘要
目的:分析孕妇的心境状况及其影响因素,为改进健康教育提供依据。方法:对107例接受本院孕产期健康教育的孕妇填写基本问卷和SCL90症状自评量表,与国内常模得分进行比较。结果:107例孕妇在抑郁、焦虑因子的得分显著低于国内常模(P<0.01);家人关心程度、孕妇是否善于与人交往等与焦虑抑郁有关。结论:孕产期健康教育需要关注其家庭成员的参与。
Objective: To analyze psychological status of pregnant women who attended maternal health education courses, provide evidences for the improvement of health education. Methods : 111 cases were interviewed with two kinds of questionnaires. One was designed by the researchers and the other was some of factors in SCL - 90, such as factors of depression, anxiety and physical barriers. Then the re- suits were compared with national normal mode. Results: The score of surveyed pregnant women was significantly lower than that of national normal mode ( P 〈 0.01) . The close concerns from family members and the sociable personality of pregnant women were the two main posi- tive factors that related to maternal edpression. Conclusion: Maternal health education should he provided for both pregnant women and their family members so as to strenthen social support.
