摘要
改革开放以来，广东区域中心城市创办了一批新的高等院校，显示了不以人的意志为转移的区域中心城市发展高等教育的客观规律性：必然性、可能性、发展阶段性。
A group of new colleges and universities have been set up in the regional central cities in Guangdong since the Reform and Opening up,which shows an objective law, independent of man's will,in the development of higher education in the regional central cities: the inevitability, the possibility and the developing phases.
