摘要
应用型本科人才培养,是地方性本科院校的一个重要目标.地方高校应用型本科人才培养应该从以下4个方面着手:教学目标定位方面,要面向基层,注重实践,培养基础牢固、专业突出的应用型本科人才;教学准备方面,教学内容和教材要紧扣实际;课堂教学方面,要注重兴趣教学、改进多媒体教学;实践教学方面,要运用多种教学形式提高教学效果、注重创新思维能力的培养.
The cultivation of undergraduate is an important target of local college. This paper showed four point on the cultivation of undergraduate of local college： teaching aim must pay more attention to practice to train solid foundation of applied undergraduate; teaching content must contact to practice; classroom teaching must arouse the interest of students and reform multimedia education. Practice teaching must use diverse form education to cultivate creative thinking of students.
