摘要
通过测量不同厚度Au纳米薄膜的透过率,发现其光谱分布在低波长处光强有较为明显的减小,并与吸收光谱不完全成对应关系.究其原因是由Au纳米薄膜类球状积聚造成的.
Transmittance of gold films with different thicknesses is measured and spectral distribution is available. Light intensity decreases obviously. Transmittance spectrum corresponds with the absorption spectrum incompletely. The reason is that gold film is made of particles which are similar to sphericity.
