摘要
目的 探讨腹部闭合性损伤的诊治要点。方法 回顾分析1997年10月至2008年9月收治的97例腹部闭合性损伤患者的临床资料。结果 非手术措施6例全部治愈，手术治疗91例88例治愈，死亡3例：2例右肝严重挫裂伤术中死亡，1例肠系膜血管破裂术后继发多脏器功能衰竭死亡术后死亡。住院8～27d，平均17d；随访2个月至8年均无远期并发症。结论 腹部闭合伤常病情复杂，发展快，迅速准确诊断，及时有效、合理的治疗是关键。详细了解病史，结合腹腔穿刺、X线、B超、CT检查可提高诊断率。
Objective To study the diagnosis and surgical management of blunt abdominal injuries. Methods Retrospective analysis in October 1997 -2008 was admitted in September of 97 cases of blunt abdominal trauma in patients with clinical data. Results Non-operative measures to cure all 6 cases, 91 cases of surgical treatment cured 88 cases, 3 deaths： 2 cases of severe fight hepatic contusion died in surgery, 1 case of mesenteric secondary after the breakdown of multiple organ failure after death. In-patient 8-27d, the average 17d. Conclusions Early diagnosis and rational treatment are necessary for blunt abdominal injuries.The history physical examination andadditional tests （laboratory findings,imaging techniques,peritoneocentes is,diagnostic peritoneal lavage, ultrasoundand CT） can improve diagnosis.
