摘要 泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)感染是世界范围内最常见的性传播疾病之一。女性CT感染后会产生一些严重的后遗症,包括不孕、异位妊娠和盆腔炎等,并且CT还是宫颈癌的潜在危险因子。本文从流行状况、病原学、感染途径、免疫机制、感染后的相关疾病、诊断方法、治疗及预防等方面对女性泌尿生殖道CT感染予以综述。 Urogenital Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) infection is the most common sexually transmitted diseases in worldwide. CT infected women will have some serious sequelae, including infertility, ectopic pregnancy and pelvic inflammatory disease, etc, and CT is the potential risk factor for cervical cancer. The female urogenital CT infection are reviewed in this article from epidemielogy, etiology, infection, immune mechanism,infection-related diseases, diagnostic methods, treatment and prevention.
