Regional economy substantially is a kind of economy with characteristic, its core competitiveness is formed in the long-term regional economy development, which keeping a long period of stable competitive advantage of the whole region; in the regional development, technology foresight promotes the regional development, it is the navigation instrument of regional industrial development which is of great importance for region choice of technology.
