生物标志物在农药水生态毒理学中应用的进展 被引量:8

摘要 生物标志物是当今生态毒理学研究的热点。与其他研究方法相比,它具有特异性、预警性和广泛性的特点。水生生物数量衰减的原因之一是大量化学农药长期释放到环境中所致,因此把生物标志物应用于研究水生环境中农药产生的生态效应,将具有重要的意义。本文介绍了指示农药污染的几种生物标志物及其应用的最新进展,并展望了其应用前景。 The biomarker approach has been an important field in ecotoxicolgy. Compared with other methods, biomarkers are characterized of specificity, prediction and universality. One reason of decline in aquatic organisms' population is attributed to release of large numbers of pesticides to environment for decades. Therefore, it will be meaningful for us to urderstand the application of biomarkers in evaluating the eco-effects posed by pesticides in aquatic environment. This review introduces some biomarkers for pesticide monitoring and comments on progress of their application. It also looks into the future of this field.
