摘要
目的:研究川崎病患儿肾脏体积的变化。方法:观察24例川崎病患儿,测定其急性期肾脏体积,于川崎病恢复期测定16例患儿肾脏体积。选择24例健康儿童做为对照组。结果:急性期患儿肾脏体积明显增大,恢复期患儿肾脏体积无明显增大。结论:川崎病患儿存在暂时性肾脏体积增大。
Objective To study the kidney volume changes in children with Kawasaki disease （KD）. Method Kidney volume of 24 children with KD was measured during the acute phase, and 16 were remeasured after the recovery phase. Twenty -four healthy children served as healthy controls. Results Kidney volume of children with KD during the acute phase was significantly larger than those healthy children. There was no obvious kidney enlargement after the recovery phase. Conclusion Children with KD have transient nephromegaly.
