摘要
该文阐述了企业开展效能监察工作的重要性,并以东海大桥Ⅱ标工程竣工后,对资产处置采取效能监察为例,介绍了通过资产清点、程序处置、堵漏建制等措施,为企业减少损失,同时管理能力得到提升的全过程;最后总结了效能监察在企业中推行存在的问题,并提出了建议。
The article sets forth the importance of an enterprise to carry out the efficiency supervision work. Taking the efficiency supervision used for treatment of assets after the completion of Donghai Bridge Bid II Project as an example, the article introduces the measures of checking the assets, programming and leakage blocking up system to decease the loss for an enterprise. At the same time, it is the full process to enhance the management capability. At the last, the article sums up the problems existing in pushing the efficiency supervision in an enterprise, and puts forward the suggestion.
