摘要
介绍火灾作用下压型钢板组合楼板薄膜效应的发生和发展过程,以及组合楼板的薄膜效应能够大大提高高温下楼板承载力的现象。介绍楼板薄膜效应的研究历史,总结近几十年来国内外学者对楼板薄膜效应的理论研究工作。在李国强等的五参数模型的基础上加以改进,对楼板的破坏模型和部分参数进行新的假定和修正;在对Cardington试验和真实火灾的观察基础上,对极限状态下楼板的边界条件进行合理的简化和假设;通过求解力平衡方程和弯矩平衡方程得到适用于四边简支的组合楼板薄膜效应计算的方法。将理论计算结果与国内外试验结果进行比较,证明改进后的考虑薄膜效应的组合楼板抗火计算方法的有效性。
The initiation and development of the membrane action exist in composite floor slabs in fire, and the fact that the load carrying capacity of composite floor slabs in fire is usually higher than their predicted capacity due to the membrane action is introduced. The research activities and the theoretical study on membrane action of floor slabs in the past several decades were reviewed firstly. New assumptions and modifications on the failure pattern and partial parameters of the ‘5-parameter model' proposed by Li G.Q. for floor slabs were made. According to the observations of Cardington test and real fire, suitable simplification and assumptions on the boundary conditions of floor slabs under limit status were made. Then, by solving the force and moment equilibrium equations, an innovative method for analyzing membrane action of simply supported composite floor slabs was presented. Comparison of the load capacity and displacement predicted by the proposed innovative method with the existing test data was made. Results show the validity of the proposed method for fire-resistance analysis of composite floor slabs in fire with the consideration of the membrane action.
