摘要
城市饮食业油烟污染严重影响了居民的身心健康。就目前而言,我国城市饮食业油烟污染防治的立法还很不完善:全国统一的立法不具体、不具有操作性,而各地方的立法彼此间存在较大差异,较多地区的居民找不到维护自己权益的法律、法规依据。我国应尽快完善城市饮食业油烟污染防治的立法。
The pollution of oil smoke exhausted by catering industry has greatly affected both the physical and mental health of urban habitants. At present, the laws that control the exhaustion of oil smoke of cooking industry of cities are not so flawless. And the unified standards lack specification and feasibility. Meanwhile, there exist differences between the relevant laws in different places. Therefore, people in many places cannot find the legal basis to protect their rights and interests. To solve this problem, we have to perfect the laws of controlling the oil smoke pollution caused by cooking industry in cities.
