摘要
目的：探讨合用中西药治疗婴儿脓胸的疗效。方法：合用中西药物治疗婴儿脓胸９例（治疗组），并与８例单纯西药治疗者（对照组）比较疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率１００％，显著高于对照组的７５％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。治疗组平均退热时间、胸水吸收时间和平均住院时间均短于对照组（Ｐ均＜０．０５）。结论：中西医结合治疗婴儿脓胸疗效可靠。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of infant pyothorax with traditional Chinese and western drugs.Methods:To compare the therapeutic effect of treatment group (n=9),which was treated with traditional Chinese and western drugs,and control group (n=8) which was treated with western drugs alone.Results:The curative rate in treatment group was 100%,it was higher obviously than control group (75%).The mean time of defervescence,hydrothorax absorption and hospitalization in treatment group were shortern than those in control group (all P<005).Conclusions:There has an affirmative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on treating infant pyothorax.
