摘要
侦查讯问是一种带有对抗性的活动,在讯问过程中讯问人员和犯罪嫌疑人为了达到自己的目的而进行心理的较量。侦查人员为了获取犯罪嫌疑人供述仅仅依靠法律的威慑力是难以取胜的,还得借助讯问谋略。文章介绍了在讯问过程中侦查人员应坚持的谋略:知己知彼、百战不殆,有的放矢、攻心夺气,以迂为直、循序渐进,正攻其取、以奇制胜。
Investigation with a confrontational interrogation, the two sides fight mentally in the interrogation process in order to achieve their purpose of the psychological battle. Investigators access to the suspect＇s confession alone legal deterrent is difficult to win, had to use interrogation tactics.
