电动助力转向系统(EPS)数据采集的实现

摘要 本文研究了EPS数据采集的硬件和软件。硬件方面对扭矩传感器和电流传感器进行了较详细的介绍。软件上利用Visual Basic6.0调用动态链接库(DLL)实现编程目的。最后给出了采集数据的过滤方法和软件的采集界面。实验表明,此系统能够完全满足实验数据采集需求。 This paper introduces the hardware and software about EPS. The hardware contains a torque sensor and a current censor. The Visual Basic 6.0 calls the DLL in order to implement the purpose of programming. At last the date filtering methods and the interface of Visual Basic 6.0 are given. It proved that this system can satisfy the need of experimental demand.
