摘要
历史上涌现出来的官箴著作种类、数量繁多,而经过两千年熏陶而沉积下来的思想精华更值得后人去研究和体味。本文通过对明清官箴中几部经典著作的剖析,揭示明清官箴中蕴含的有关从政治政的合理成分及价值取向,结合当代行政实践中出现的某些困惑,探讨明清官箴中的这些合理内核对消解当代行政困惑的现代启示。
There were many types and quantities of the admonishments for officials in the history, but their thought essences which gradually had influenced and deposited through two millenniums worth studying and appreciating for us today. Through analysing several classic wo^s of the Ming and Qirtg Dynasties admonishments for officials, this article uncovers the reasonable ingredients and the value orientation which related engaging in politics and governmenting affairs. Then in view of the fact that there appears some puzzles in the domain of administrative practice at present, the article discusses the modem enlightenment that these reasonable essences of the Ming and Qing Dynasties＇ admonishments for officials dispel the contemporary administrative puzzles.
